Ocean Falls Museum - The Falls

When the three men, J.F. Keefe, John Hewitt, and Mark Smaby, paddled here in a canoe looking to locate a new pulp mill, and saw the lake water falling into the ocean, and this area having lush forest, a large fresh water supply, and enough of a flatland to work with, and when all three decided this would be it, one could only think that the name of the future town came to mind immediately, and once mentioned, all agreed, this town would be called OCEAN FALLS.

OCEAN FALLS a water colour by Carol Evans

This image is a print of a water colour done by an extraordinary artist, Carol Evans. She has so gracefully allowed OceanFallsMuseum.com to display it here. It is called quite simply, Ocean Falls © and it is a Giclée type print. The Iris Giclée process uses millions of custom-blended ink droplets to faithfully replicate Carol Evans' artistry. To see more of Carol Evans work click on the photo above, and a new window will open to her site.
